The warranty does not cover Muzzy products damaged from abuse, misuse, normal or excessive wear or from neglect due to improper use or abuse, alteration or modification of original reel or for products used for commercial or rental use. Defective products are to be returned to Muzzy for warranty/repair evaluation and service, postage prepaid, and all returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt. Muzzy will repair or replace the product at our option and return product to the customer.
